Wayne was Born, Educated and grew up in the Beautiful Village of Wickersley, Rotherham, into a home full of music,
Father a Guitarist, Mother on Piano & Keys.
Growing up in the atmosphere of Classic Rock music of the late 70's & 80's it is easily understood how that delicate early brain was influenced by his surroundings towards the pleasures of quality music.
At 2 years old the Album of all Albums - Meatloaf's 'Bat out of Hell' arrived in the home and it became his sole prized possession, not Action Man models etc, and by the age of 5 he knew, and could sing all the words to 2 Out of 3 and Bat out of Hell.
A class effort at that age when you realize just how many words there are in 'BAT'
Next came Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' and the scene was set.
Included in his Secondary Education he studied Music, Drama and Stage Production obtaining 'A levels'.
His first stage appearance was at age 13 in the school show spectacular of 'Joseph and his Technicolor Dreamcoat' playing 3rd lead.
Accolades in the local press as to the quality of his vocals had local Music Dramatic Societies knocking at the door.
After studying the content of what was been played out on the club circuit he saw that many artists were principally doing the same songs and styles as each other.
There was a definite lack of quality Classic Rock sounds of the 60's/70' and 80's
Regrettably many Clubs had become unable to pay the fees required to place bands on stage every week
Therefore leaving aside his dream of working with his own Band he decided with quality backing tracks the Great Classic Band sound could still be offered with class production as a solo act.
At 20 years of age he made the plunge walking the boards with a class PA and Lighting System.
Within a very short period requests for his services were pouring in.
Now 9 years on his show is superbly polished, of very high quality, vibrating and dynamic, giving pleasure to packed houses wherever he goes.
